Five & Dime Word Puzzles ("the app," "we," "us") is a puzzle app published by G Wiz Computer Consulting, LLC. We respect your privacy and have designed the app to collect as little information as possible.
Information we collect
The app does not require an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or other personal details to play. We do not operate our own analytics or advertising servers.
- Puzzle progress & settings are stored on your device so the app remembers where you left off.
- Apple Pencil handwriting is recognized entirely on your device. The strokes you write are not uploaded to us or stored on any server.
Purchases
Volume purchases and the Five & Dime Plus subscription are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple may share limited purchase information with us so the app can unlock the content you bought. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Contacting support
If you email us at support@fiveanddimepuzzles.com (for help or to suggest a puzzle theme), we receive the information you choose to include in that message and use it only to respond to you. Support email is handled through our help-desk provider.
Children's privacy
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we don't collect personal information to play, no personal data is gathered from younger players.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page.
